Ministering to the people of our local nursing homes is an important part of the work of the local church and Hyles Baptist Church is excited to be a part of the senior generation in our community.  Every Sunday afternoon a Nursing Home is visited and the residents are ministered to through music and God’s Word.  Many of the residents love the old hymns as they know the words by heart.  A wonderful way that we connect with them is through playing and singing their favorite hymns.  Through the preaching of God's Word, we help strengthen and encourage the residents of the nursing homes we serve.  We currently visit Westport Health Care Center, Beaufont Health Care Center, Ginter Hall Nursing Home, and Lexington Court Nursing Home.
